    研究了tcp ip的慢速啟動演算法、初始窗口、重傳超時估計以及改善無線tcp ip性能的各種方法，提出了一種把物理層鏈路和傳輸層相結合處理往返時間（ rtt ）的方法：物理層鏈路採用與通道相關的動態rtt ，傳輸層採用常數rtt ，消除了兩層rtt之間的相互干擾，從而提高了無線鏈路的利用率。
