第五十五條依法實行政府定價、政府指導價的藥品，政府價格主管部門應當依照《中華人民共和國價格法》規定的定價原則，依據社會平均成本、市場供求狀況和社會承受能力合理制定和調整價格，做到質價相符，消除虛高價格，保護用藥者的正當利益。
