During the process of this study, i summarized and analysed all kinds of services that offered by beijing vocational college of agriculture for the rural communities from 2000 september to 2003 september, used the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis, typical cases and integrated survey, based on study agricultural vocational education and services for the rural communities in china and abroad. then i obtained the experiences and shortages of beijing vocational college of agriculture service for the rural communities. at end of the paper i put forward some suggestions as following : first, set up specialties in curriculum development according to the needs of fanners in rural community development ; second, to improve qualification of the teaching staff in terms of requirement of rural development ; third, to carry out appropriate training activities in rural community development ; fourth, to strengthen the cooperation between the college with enterprises and community in order to promote the develo pment of regional economy

    ( 7 )農業職業院校與農村社區的區域合作關系的建立有三個構成要素:第一,各取所需是合作的基礎,農業職業院校實踐教學離不開生產實際,需要穩定長期的實習場所,而農村社區的發展要以農業職業院校雄厚的專家隊伍和實用的科研成果;第二,簽訂合作協議是合作的有效保障,只有簽訂合作協議雙方在合作過程中才會互相承擔各自的責任履行各自的義務,才會使合作持續下去;第三,共同發展是區域合作的目標,通過合作農村社區的經濟、環境、農民素質等得到了綜合發展,而區域合作為農業職業院校的教師提供實踐鍛煉的舞臺,從而形成互惠互利的關系。
