    本文主要研究的內容是建立天然氣流量計量傳遞標準，課題組針對目前國內建立的pvtt法、 mt法等天然氣計量標準裝置的特點，以保證天然氣流量計量標準裝置量值準確為目的;以測量過程式控制制方法為依據，對天然氣流量計量標準裝置的現狀和計量性能進行了分析;對傳遞標準的計量方法和不確定度進行了分析和計算;對傳遞標準的硬體和軟體進行了研究和設計;對傳遞標準進行了現場試驗和數據分析;達到了利用傳遞標準對天然氣計量標準裝置進行現場比對和分析，進而保證計量標準裝置值頭準確的目的。
