我們改進了一種基於矩理論的識別方法，給出了計算公式和證明過程，可用於解決小規模人臉識別問題；我們將智能方法應用到人臉識別中，分別利用自組織特徵映射和次分量方法抽取人臉的整體特徵和局部特徵，依據特徵融合理論，重新組合為新的復合特徵，為壓縮特徵數據，我們首次引入克隆選擇演算法自動進行特徵優化選擇，最後，利用支持矢量機構造多分類器進行分類識別，在不同規模人臉識別庫上模擬結果表明，該系統自適應能力強，分類識別精度高，適用於大規模復雜人臉識別問題。
