    本文根據以往的文獻資料及相關工程經驗，針對給水管網優化設計這一課題做了深入的研究，提出利用分層分解協調演算法將管網優化設計問題分解成流量優化、管徑優化及管徑取整三個子課題的思想，並分別採用廣義簡約梯度法、遺傳演算法與廣義簡約梯度法相結合的混合遺傳演算法及簡單遺傳演算法來求解三個課題。
