Operation : the performer holds up in palms behind the belly both sides, then taking up with one hand the whole abdominal muscle, then pushing with another whole palm from “ jian tu ” down to below part of navel repeatedly for three six times
操作：施術者先用兩手托起受術者兩側的腹後壁合攏，然後用一隻手拿握住整個腹直肌，再用另一隻手全掌從劍突出向下推撫至臍下少腹部時按住不動，而另一隻手則直接由臍下可做振趕操作，反復三至六次。
