本文以湛江市主要建成區（霞山區、赤坎區和湛江經濟技術開發區）為研究對象，以rs軟體geoimager4 . 0 、 gis軟體mapinfo6 . 0和應用軟體excel2000為研究工具，以湛江市1986年和2000年的遙感影像為信息源，通過geoimager4 . 0對圖片進行處理后，利用gis的圖像、數據處理功能，獲取景觀要素圖斑，得出圖斑的數量、面積、周長等特徵，在此基礎上應用景觀生態學的理論與方法，計算景觀空間格局的異質性指數，通過對景觀空間格局指數的分析，探討湛江市城市景觀生態空間格局及其變化特點，分析湛江市城市景觀生態空間格局中存在的問題，並針對存在的問題，提出城市景觀生態優化的對策和措施，擬為湛江市的城市景觀生態建設和土地利用優化提供依據。 -
