多年來我省汽車產業在與國外企業合資中一直處于國際分工價值鏈的低端位置，總體發展利潤水平不高，生產成本與產品價格遠未達到與國際接軌的競爭實力，我們獲得的一直是加工利潤，而不是超額利潤；整車和零部件產品設計和製造工藝上同國際先進水平尚有較為明顯的差距，零部件的發展嚴重滯後於整車的發展，尤其是跨國公司一直控制著高技術含量、高附加值零部件的采購，使具有核心技術的零部件一直從國外進口。
