如採用粗集料破碎率作為耐久性設計的一個指標；採用砂漿坍落擴展度試驗選擇水泥和減水劑，確定砂漿中減水劑的飽和摻量，並通過上述數學模計算混凝土中減水劑的飽和摻量，以此為參照確定最佳摻量；採用障礙坍落度試驗確混凝土的穩定性和流動性，結合由漏斗式砂漿流變儀測定的砂漿流變性能確定合理的砂漿填充系數，從而實現對高流動性高穩定性要求的混凝土（如泵送和免振自密實等）的工作性設計。 -
With mortar being separating matrix, from aspects of theories and test - methods of workability - design, separation mechanism of water - reducer for cement paste, relation between properties of interfacial zone and concrete durability etc, this work focused on sample index for durability evaluation, saturation dosage of water - reducer, test for rheological properties of mortar and test on concrete workability etc, achieved following main conclusions. 1
本研究以砂漿為分散體系，對混凝土的工作性設計從理論到測試方法、從減水劑對水泥漿體的分散機理、從混凝土界面性能與耐久性的關系等不同角度，對砂漿流變性能的測試方法和混凝土工作性的測試、減水劑飽和摻量、耐久性簡要評價指標等方面進行了研究，得到以下主要結論。
