為了喚起他們對策略性規劃的興趣，我們與教育署及香港資訊教育城（優質教育基金資助的大型計劃）於2002年2月合辦了一個全港性的活動名為香港2030規劃創作比賽。不論是在學或就業的青少年，都可以藉著網頁、電腦游戲或規劃設計，表達對2030年之香港的期望和建議。
