本文針對國內市場目前普遍使用的老式互感器校驗儀的現狀，提出了智能型互感器校驗的研製思想，並詳細講述了其理論依據和實現過程，提出了切實可行的方案：基於測差測量原理，進行基於dsp和mcu雙cpu架構、並採用高速a / d的硬體電路設計，並在此基礎上採用快速傅立葉變換和準同步采樣演算法，並完成相關的軟體演算法框圖設計，對互感器校驗儀的智能化發展進行了有益的探索，取得了具有實用意義的成果。
