文章還在對瑞典valvistor閥的插裝比例閥研究的基礎上,提出了一種新的流量控制原理,即:通過對流量控制和「液壓晶體管」原理的分析、流量控制特性及閥內腔主要結構件的設計計算,在主閥和導閥之間增設先導減壓閥,並進一步對valvistor閥的流量控制閥之無壓力補償先導減壓閥、加入壓差補償減壓閥后的控制特性進行了模擬計算和負載特性模擬計算,結果表明:增設壓力補償先導增壓閥后,其控制特性曲線變得非常線性,從而消除了液壓系統負載壓力變化對主閥輸出流量的影響。
