該裝置主要由熱載體烤漆爐、輻射加熱管，熱載體爐、膨脹器、油氣分離器和儲油槽等組成。應用實例的測試數據表明，與傳統的遠紅外電加熱鋼瓶烤漆方式相比較，鋼瓶熱載體烤漆節能和降低能耗費用十分顯著，能耗費用降幅達到88 。與熱風爐對流烤漆方式相比較，熱載體烤漆方法不僅節能，而且烤漆爐溫度場均勻穩定，同時烤漆的外觀質量也得到了明顯提高。
