On the basis of carrying on the achievements of predecessors " researcher and reading thoroughly the chinese and foreign works about the european integration theory, the author makes theoretical carding and evaluation on the supernational developing phenomenon on european integration from a vertical angle, taking the " supernational dimension " development of european integration as the analyzing parallel and the " intergovernmental dimension " development of european integration as the analyzing comparative reference. thus, the author comes to a conclusion on the positive effects and real trouble of the supernational dimension development of european integration and its vital enlightenment for other regional integration, so as to give a more direct and more logically clear annotation on the european integration, which will enrich our country ' s research on european integration

    筆者在繼承前人的研究成果和詳細閱讀有關歐洲一體理論著作的基礎上,嘗試以歐洲一體的「超國家向」發展為分析線,以歐洲一體的「政府間向」發展為分析的對比參照物,從縱向角對歐洲一體超國家發展現象做出理論梳理與評析,納出歐洲一體超國家向發展的積極成效、現實困境以及這種發展方式對其它區域一體的重要啟示,以期對歐洲一體的發展做出更直觀、脈絡更清晰的一種詮釋,豐富我國對歐洲一體的研究。

Based on the ncep / ncar reanalysis products, the sea ice concentration data and the observation rainfall data in china, the seasonal, intraseasonal and interannual variations of the atmospheric circulation in the southern hemisphere ( sh ) are systematically analyzed together with their influences on east asian summer monsoon ( easm ). the major conclusions are summarized as follows : ( 1 ) in the lower level of the troposphere, the semi - annual oscillation ( sao ) is most active along 40 s and 65 s in the extratropics of the sh. over these latitudes, the variance percentages of sao exceed 70 %, and the anti - phase variation of the sea level pressure ( slp ) between the two latitudes is primarily caused by their sao components

    利用ncep ncar再分析資料、南半球海冰密資料及中國臺站降水資料,本文系統分析了南半球大氣環流的季節、季節內和年際變特徵及其對東亞夏季風的影響,主要結論納如下: ( 1 )對南半球熱帶外大氣環流而言, 40 s和65 s是低層大氣準半年振蕩最為顯著的兩個帶,在這兩個帶上,半年波的貢獻都超過了70 ,二者季節變的反位相主要體現為半年波分量的反位相。
