    通過測定改進瀝青軟化點、運動粘度和針入度等指標參數來比較不同添加劑及不同添加條件對瀝青封口性能影響。本論文主要研究結果為:系統測試了多種瀝青樣品組成、軟化點、運動粘度、針入度;對市售瀝青分別添加聚四乙烯乳液、有機硅樹脂和尼龍66進行改進,制備了改進產品;對改進瀝青組成、軟化點、運動粘度、針入度進行了測試和比較;使用改進瀝青組裝成電池並對電池進行恆電流電測試、短路電流測試和電池漏氣、漏液性能測試;對瀝青改進原理進行了分析和討論。實驗結果表明:在瀝青中添加尼龍66和聚四乙烯乳液對瀝青封口性能有明顯提高;通過對工藝條件不斷改進,目前工藝條件已完全可以用於實際生產操作;以添加尼龍66改進瀝青為封口劑組裝成電池完全滿足堿錳電池生產需要,且電池電容量、短路電流等指標均達到gb t7112標準要求;本文提改進方案,通過驗證是一種效果好、實用性強方法。
