研究結果表明葉片吸力面端壁附近區域壓力系數分佈呈現出較強的三維特性,動葉吸力面尤其明顯;氣膜孔流量系數隨吹風比的增加而增大,在高吹風比情況下,流量系數逐漸趨于常數;在不同型面區域,冷卻效率分佈有較大的差異,而且吹風比與主流雷諾數的影響程度也不盡相同;低吹風比下,孔出口下游附近可以得到較好的冷卻,中、高吹風比下,冷氣射流在加速流動主流的作用下返回壁面進行二次冷卻,孔下游較遠區域可以得到較好的冷氣覆蓋。The surface morphology of these films was characterized by sem technology. the results show that tcnq film is highly sensitive to nh3. the pmma film doped by snpc is also highly sensitive to no2 with fast response speed, but the recovery time gets longer with the increase of gas concentration
實驗探討了不同轉速對敏感性的影響,然後分別測試了各種膜的氣體敏感性,結果表明,純tcnq旋塗薄膜對氨氣具有相當高的敏感度,但是響應和恢復時間較慢且隨氣體濃度增加而變長;摻入酞菁錫的pmma旋塗薄膜對氧化氮氣體具有良好的響應時間和敏感性,但是恢復時間較慢。This paper presents the effects of some features on the productivity of raw c60 materials, such as distance and approaching speed of electrodes, helium partial pressure and arc current etc. then we separate and purify the raw materials and obtain pure solid c60 of 99. 9 % and compare the purification efficiency and effect of different fluxion phase and fixed phase and discuss the effects of the experimental conditions, such as the depositing speed, the type of the substrate, the surface structure of the substrate and the temperature of the substrate. finally, we use xps, afm, ultraviolet, infrared and raman to analyze the component, structure and feature of the films qualitatively and quantitatively
本文首先研究了氦氣分壓、弧電流大小、電極間距以及電極推進速度等實驗條件對制備c _ ( 60 )粗品產率的影響;接著選用柱色譜法分離提純得到了純度大於99 . 9的c _ ( 60 )固體,比較了不同流動相和固定相的提純效率和效果;然後採用自己改進后的真空鍍膜機,利用電阻式加熱蒸鍍方法,得到了純c _ ( 60 )薄膜和不同摻雜比的銀摻雜薄膜;探討了沉積速率、襯底種類、襯底表面結構以及襯底溫度等實驗條件對薄膜結構的影響;最後通過xps , afm ,紫外,紅外,拉曼對薄膜的成分、結構和特性作了定性和半定量分析。By the pecvd ( plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition ) system and the reactants of silane and ammonia, silicon nitride thin film with excellent anti - reflective and passivation effects was prepared. the relatively optimum parameters for depositing sinx thin film and the basic physical and chemical properties of sinx were investigated. the effects of substrate temperature, the flow ratio of silane over ammonia and the rf power on the refractivity and deposition rate were researched
實驗表明,氮化硅薄膜的沉積速率隨硅烷氨氣流量比增大而增大,隨溫度升高而略有降低,隨淀積功率增大而明顯增加;在襯底溫度300 ,射頻功率20w和硅烷氨氣流量比為1 : 3的條件下氮化硅薄膜的沉積速率大約為8 . 6納米分。The relationship between sputtering conditions and the depositional speed shows : with working pressure 1. 2 pa, sputtering power 180w, the depositional speed of tio2 thin film is 40nm / h, and increases with the increasing of sputtering power. it can be also founded that the depositional speed is nearly proportional to the working pressure : within the range of 0. 3pa to 1. 6pa, the depositional speed increases linearly with the increase of ar pressure. with the enhancement of the substrate ' s temperature of sputtering or annealing, the resulted thin films show a tendency of decreasing in thickness, and increasing in refractivity
本實驗是採用磁控濺射方法,在不同的溫度下制備了tio _ 2薄膜,並對薄膜進行了不同溫度和時間的退火處理,通過原子力顯微鏡( afm ) 、 x射線衍射( xrd ) 、掃描電鏡( sem )等檢測手段對薄膜的表面形貌和組成結構進行了分析,結果如下: ( 1 )濺射工藝條件與薄膜沉積速度的關系表明:採用1 . 2pa工作氣壓, 180w的射頻功率tio _ 2薄膜的沉積速率為40nm h ,並隨射頻功率的增加而提高,呈近似的線性關系,在0 . 3pa 1 . 6pa氣壓范圍中,氬氣壓強升高沉積速率迅速增加,濺射溫度提高和退火處理能使薄膜的厚度減小和折射率提高。In large rotating machinery using filmatic bearing ( turbogenerator, air compressor, etc. ) there is a potential trouble from impefect installation or running conditions, a metals " contact between rotors and shells. the trouble is usully called rubbing. the advantage of ae technologe in the rubbing diagnosis and early detection is showed. instead of classical ae characteristic parameters ( counts, amplitude, energy, duration and the other ones ) a new feature extraction by frequency analysis of ae envelop signals is discussed. both research of ae process and field experements indicate that periodic components in the envelop spectrum related to rotational speed increase evidently at the beginning of rubbing production, hence are highly sensitive to the rubbing fault diagnosis. according to the new design an acoustic emission equipment for the rubbing diagnosis named buaa ae testing system is developed and described
