本文針對黃河沖積而成的低液限粉土其粘粒含量極低、土的不均勻系數很小、膠體活性差的工程特性，通過採用不同方法穩定該類土作底基層材料的力學性能研究，從技術、經濟角度綜合評價，得到滿足規范抗壓強度指標要求的水泥石灰穩定方案。通過對原材料、試驗配合比設計、施工、等方面進行優化，從而顯著減輕了基層的早期及長期縮裂程度，從而提高了路面的耐久性。
