    本工作得出如下結論: ( 1 )大氣氣的微波吸在測雲波段產生明顯的衰減,其中水衰減效應變化很大;即將上天的空間94ghz測雲雷達必須有水衰減訂正方案; ( 2 ) 37ghz和94ghz雷達測雲,由於大氣和雲衰減不同和雷達反射率的很大差異,導致雷達波信號強弱不同; ( 3 )對雲層較薄、含水量較少的雲,在不計雷達參數的情況下, 37ghz雷達波信號不如94ghz測雲雷達,也就是說94ghz對薄雲有更強的探測能力;對雲層較厚、含水量大的雲,由於強衰減的作用, 94ghz雷達波信號小於37ghz雷達; ( 4 )從大氣衰減的不利因素方面考慮,空間94ghz雷達測高層薄雲的效果最好;測低層薄雲時需要考慮氣衰減訂正;因濃厚雲的強衰減作用,探測其中下部的能力大大減弱,不僅要進行衰減訂正,而且要藉助其他信息來反演整個雲層的含水量垂直分佈; ( 5 )為了獲得從極薄到極濃厚雲的垂直分佈探測能力,未來測雲雷達最好採用雙波長甚至三波長(如94 、 37和13ghz ) 。

    本文運用豐富的計數據資料、兩種方法、從三個層次實證分析了1990 - 2001年我國進出口商品的需求彈性:首先,運用歸分析法計算總進出口商品的平均彈性,得出我國出口商品總富有價格彈性,而進口商品總缺乏價格彈性,進出口需求價格彈性之和的絕對值大於1 ,符合馬歇爾?勒納條件,人民幣貶值有助於改善貿易支的結論,並提出降低出口商品生產成本、提高生產技術水平、實施進口替代戰略來改善貿易支;其次,運用彈性定義法逐年計算約100種主要出口商品和約50種主要進口商品的總需求價格彈性,對其結果進行分析,進一步驗證了前述結論;再次,運用彈性定義法逐年計算農產品、鋼鐵、車、醫藥等五大類八種商品的進出口需求價格彈性,根據其不同的分佈狀況,聯實際經濟情況,提出相應的匯率、價格及產業政策以改善貿易支。
