針對蔬菜生產中水氮投入過量造成蔬菜品質下降、地下水硝酸鹽含量超標，水、肥資源的浪費以及給人體健康造成的潛在性威脅的實際情況，以油菜和芫荽為研究對象採用模擬土柱、盆栽和田間微區試驗相結合方法系統監測了蔬菜生育期內硝酸鹽含量的動態變化以及收獲后不同土層土壤硝態氮的殘留量，研究了水氮對蔬菜硝酸鹽累積的影響及對土壤硝態氮殘留的效應。
