    第四部分,針對以上的調研分析,對在開展研究性學習活動中遇到困難的學校找出癥結、進行反思,對已實施研究性學習活動的學校的做提出建議和意見,並指出推動活動深入開展的因地制宜的對策。筆者提出的信息技環境下蘭州市中學研究性學習活動的發展對策,包括:加硬軟設施條件建設,充分利用可利用資源,完善信息技環境;加師資培訓,提高教師質量,適應研究性學習活動需要;培養學生認知,自學與創造,提高研究性學習活動的質量;完善研究性學習活動配套措施,建立大支撐平臺;開發基礎學科的研究性學習課題,結合學科開展研究性學習活動;有利用信息技條件,加信息技環境下研究性學習資源的開發與應用;跟蹤學生活動全過程,全面評價學生學習成果等。
