    本文在論述黃土高原生態脆弱地區度假村可行性開發的基礎上，以溝壑地區傳統山地窯居聚落師家溝村為例，挖掘當地旅遊優勢資源條件和生態基因，堅持走可持續生態旅遊之路，並將度假村建設與綠色人居環境創建相結合，以整體建築生態觀和生態規劃原則為指導，利用現代綠色建築技術和材料，試圖總結出既能滿足現代人生活要求，又能利用和改善生態環境的具有地方特色的度假村可行性發展模式，從而促進地方經濟、社會、文化發展，實現經濟、生態和社會效益的有機結合。
