    在培訓班上，中加「小農戶適應全球市場項目」經理陳志剛博士以「食品體系結構變遷概覽」為題目向學員介紹了變革中的食品體系以及面臨的挑戰浙江大學管理學院副教授周潔紅博士向大家介紹了農產品供應鏈管理分析方法，包括農產品物流理念農產品供應鏈特徵和存在的問題等浙江大學農村發展研究院黃祖輝教授就「小農戶如何適應市場」問題做了專題報告浙江大學管理學院魯柏祥教授從經營導向產品價值質量以及營銷服務等方面向大家介紹了農產品現代營銷新理念。
