    由於存在漏,用公式的解析法計算有很大的誤差,此本文採用有限元法( fem )來計算懸浮系統,從而計算力,過用ansys7 . 1軟體進行有限元電析計算,得到平臺穩定懸浮時電線圈所需電流、懸浮氣隙等控制參,由於設計的懸浮系統為非軸對稱結構,採用2d析有一定的誤差,而採用3d電析更接近實際。
