    有效的新委員會成員提名書必須以適當方式簽名及填寫，並要在周年會員大會舉行日期7天前（二零零五年十二月十日，三時正前）存到大埔船會有限公司義務秘書；並須親身交到大埔船會有限公司行政辦事處寄存，地址為大埔大尾督水上活動中心隔鄰， （辦公時間：每日上午九時至下午五時三十分） 。
