    本文針對目前企業信息化建設中普遍存在的信息化劃差,各部門各自為政的現象,提出了運用關鍵成功因素法、戰略目標集轉化法和企業系統劃法相結合的方式進行企業信息化劃內容的評價的方法,充分利用了關鍵成功因素法抓住關鍵因素、戰略目標集轉化法全面劃、企業系統劃法與企業業務過程相獨的特點,進行了企業信息化劃內容的綜合評價;利用定與定量相結合的層次分析法( ahp )對企業信息化劃的步驟進行了評價,建了相應的多級遞階結構模型和判斷矩陣。
