另外為了進一步擴大儀器的測量范圍，我們將第三代產品的使用擴展到對各種液體表面張力的測試，並進行kd -型樣機的製作，以供第三軍醫大學燒傷研究所作人和動物呼吸道燒傷的實驗研究。在儀器的硬體設計方面，我們力求做到結構緊湊，性能穩定，重復性好，且成本低廉。在儀器的軟體設計方面，由於第一和第二代產品的計算機數據處理系統是運行在dos環境下，用basic語言編寫的程序。
