    通過測定改進瀝青的軟化點、運動度和針入度等指標參數來比較不同的添加劑及不同的添加條件對瀝青封口性能的影響。本論文的主要研究結果為:系統測試了多種瀝青樣品的組成、軟化點、運動度、針入度;對市售瀝青分別添加聚四氟乙烯乳、有機硅樹脂和尼龍66進行改進,制備了改進產品;對改進瀝青的組成、軟化點、運動度、針入度進行了測試和比較;使用改進瀝青組裝成電並對電進行恆電流放電測試、短路電流測試和電漏氣、漏性能的測試;對瀝青改進的原理進行了分析和討論。實驗結果表明:在瀝青中添加尼龍66和聚四氟乙烯乳對瀝青的封口性能有明顯的提高;通過對工藝條件的不斷改進,目前的工藝條件已完全可以用於實際生產操作;以添加尼龍66改進的瀝青為封口劑組裝成的電完全滿足堿錳電生產的需要,且電電容量、短路電流等指標均達到gb t7112標準要求;本文提出的改進方案,通過驗證是一種效果好、實用性強的方法。
