結果12個參考毒株均能擴增出約679bp的目的片段，而陰性對照的常見5種雞病病原：雞新城疫病毒（ ndv ） 、雞傳染性支氣管炎病毒（ ibv ） 、雞傳染性貧血病毒（ caiv ） 、大腸桿菌和多殺性巴氏桿菌均沒有擴增到任何片段；應用建立的技術對疑似ibd的34份臨床病料進行檢測，並同時在基礎rt - pcr擴增的片段內設計另一對引物進行nested - pcr 。
