  1. If either party to the intended marriage, not being a widower or a widow, is of or over sixteen and under twenty - one years of age, the written consent of the relevant person or persons specified in the third schedule to the marriage ordinance, cap. 181, must be produced to the registrar before he issues a certificate or to the chief executive before he grants a licence

    凡預定結婚的任何一方，若非為鰥夫寡婦、已滿或超過十六歲而未足二十一歲者，必須向登記官出示（或獲行政長官批給許可證前須向行政長官出示）根據婚姻條例第1 8 1章附表3指明的一名或多於一名有關人士的同意書。

    如擬結婚的任何一方未滿二十一歲，但超過十六歲，又非鰥夫或寡婦，必須向婚姻登記官出示婚姻條例附表3所指明的有關人士的同意書。
