從移植物長期存活的受體內分選出cd4 + cd25 + t細胞，與tcr轉基因cds + t細胞同時過繼輸注到免疫缺陷小鼠體內，觀察co4 + co25 + t細胞對同種異體反應性cos + t細胞介導排斥反應的作用，探討在阻斷cd40se一~ cd40l共刺激途徑延長移植物存活中， cd4 + cd25 +調節性丁細胞是否是抑制排斥反應的機制之一。
