Thus the objective of this study is to find some ways to improve the efficiency of cell therapy, that is. to optimize the microenvironment of nscs and in turn prompt them to functinally repair abnormal cns. in the first part, optimization of x - gal staining method, which is correlated with ph, incubating time, perfusion and some other parameters, was successfully got and used in the subsequent experiment, viz, comparing the behaviours of primary nscs and immortal nsc line after transplantation
鑒於此，為尋求各種方法提高移植效率，改善外源nscs存活及分化，進而促進其實現功能性替代，為臨床nscs治療提供理論基礎，本實驗進行了以下三部分的研究：實驗第一部分研究了以lacz作為移植細胞標志基因時x - gal染色的影響因素，並得出排除非特異背景的優化條件。
