With increasingly cultural globalization and recent changes in international relations, the national cultural order is evolving accordingly. in order to understand the structure of the new international cultural order and to find the practical approaches and solutions for the problem in the new cultural order, we have to accurately comprehend the recent changes, the new features and the arising problems in the national cultural relations during the course of globalization. therefore, this dissertation work, by choosing new international cultural order in the globalization as the research topic, thoroughly analyzes international cultural relations in the time of globalization ; outlines the new changes, the new features, and the new problems emerging from the international cultural relations in the globalization and their effects on constructing a new international cultural order ; and furthermore tentatively conducts some theoretical analysis on the possible formations of the new international cultural order and their implementation approaches
因此，本文以國際文化關系研究中的核心概念為切入點，全面分析了全球化時代國際文化關系領域出現的新變化、新特徵、新問題，研究了全球化背景下的文化自覺與文化交流、文化霸權與文化沖突、以及文化全球化的發展與文化融合，在此基礎上，提出了全球化時代多元互動、平等互補、共存共榮的國際文化新秩序的戰略構想，並嘗試性地提出了實現這一美好戰略構想的四條途徑和方法，即促進多極格局、創造優良環境;堅持求同存異的原則、倡導文化對話;堅持互學互補的方針、反對文化霸權;堅持和而不同的原則、促進多元共存。On grasping the inner logic and combining the soul of management thoughts with the latest developments of the practice, the author depicts two routes of the return as from west to china and gradually humanism and tries to unify them into the scope of " science converse to humanism ". then, in managerial and economical angels, the author argues that the driving force of the return is individual ' s desire to develop fully and freely. moreover, the author attempts to provide the cutting point and theoretical guide to build up the chinese own management system, which is originated from the ancient thoughts and adapts to the world trend
本文試圖彌補這一缺陷，在對管理思想歷程作內在邏輯的流變而完整的把握、把管理思想的精髓和與現實經濟生活的最新發展聯系起來的基礎上，描繪出管理思想在空間維度上由中方向西方、再從西方向中方、在時間維度上逐步人性化的回歸軌跡，並把這兩個維度的回歸統一在「科學走向人文」的范疇內，進一步從管理學和經濟學的角度來論證人的全面自在發展的需要是管理思想回歸的內在邏輯和動力源泉，並嘗試性地為建立既源於古代管理思想又合符潮流的具有東方管理特色的中國式管理理論體系提供切入點和整體理論指導。
