文摘:根據管坯視塑性實驗法的實驗結果，分析了無芯軸支撐條件下，管坯中部鐓鍛的變形規律，闡述了變形區位移場、應變場的計算方法；通過對實驗結果的分析，得出了當鐓粗比3 ，管坯中部鐓鍛時，內壁呈現四種典型的變形模式；論述了分流面的分佈與四種變形模式之間的轉化關系。Author thinks that the direction of the maximum plastic distortion along a constant radius around the crack tip may be considered as the direction of shear - mode fracture ( named pmax - criterion ) and the load when located shear band prongs the ligament in the front of crack tip is regarded as the limited load of shear - mode fracture.
