本文採用標準的sqlserver6 . 0數據庫，標準sql訪問介面和面向對象編程工具vc + +進行編程，實現了集數據庫、分析計算、圖形化界面、網路通訊於一體的電網故障錄波信息管理及故障診斷系統，該系統能夠在每次故障后自動查詢有無數據文件的到來;能夠對傳送到調度端的數據文件分析其類型;能夠按comtrade格式自動地將大量數據信息完整地填入數據庫中;能夠進行故障選相，故障類型判別和故障精確定位;能夠快速地對故障做出精確的分析，計算各次諧波分量，有無功和視在功率，功角，序分量等;能夠對數據庫進行各項管理，如瀏覽，自動添加和刪除，修改和按各種不同條件進行查詢;能夠將計算結果，各種表格圖形列印出來和保存進數據庫中;能夠將計算分析結果通過web技術為其他部門提供共享數據資源
