    結果表明:保溫塗料及一定的塗層厚度有利於提高鋁液的充型速度;澆注溫度越高、直澆道空心面積率越大,鋁液充型速度越快;模樣厚度太厚或太薄,均會使鋁液充型速度降低;一定的直澆道長度及直澆道面積有利於提高鋁液的充型速度;施加會使鋁液的充型速度大大提高,但過大會增大缺陷。
