    摘要通過對短跑技術擺動動作的分析，特別是對短跑過程中髖部動作以髖為軸的高速擺動平動運動的特徵分析，認為短跑力量訓練應以發展專項擺動力量為主，一般力量訓練為輔，緊緊圍繞擺動動作的肌群力量著手，在優先發展髖部屈肌肌群力量與上下肢力量均衡協調的基礎上，改進短跑技術，並提供了短跑擺動專項力量訓練的相應手段。
