根據收集到的國內外對鋼筋鋼纖維混凝土無腹筋梁和鋼筋鋼纖維混凝土有腹筋梁的斜截面受力性能試驗研究成果，對鋼纖維在增強鋼筋混凝土無腹筋梁和有腹筋梁斜截面承載力方面的作用及其在箍筋抗剪承載力的關系進行了總結分析，對鋼纖維改善鋼筋混凝土梁破壞形態方面的作用進行了分析討論，提出了採用鋼纖維混凝土軸心抗拉強度指標，基於現行cecs38 ： 92 《鋼纖維混凝土結構設計與施工規程》計算模式、能夠與目前國內各行業現行混凝土結構設計規范中不同的鋼筋混凝土梁受剪承載力設計方法配套使用的鋼筋鋼纖維混凝土梁受剪承載力設計方法。
