Based on the analysis of the kinetic track of the scallion during planting, basic relationships ' among the characteristic parameters of the transplanter with two flexible metal disks, including the velocity of the transplanter, the rate of transplanting, the spacing between seedlings, the angle of releasing seedlings, the diameter and length of seedlings, have been set up in this paper, and then a mathematic model of optimum design for the transplanter with the final planting angle of seedlings ( y = 90 ) has been formulated and solved with good results. according to the optimum solutions, a new type of transplanter with two flexible metal disks has been developed and the field tests of the transplanter have been conducted
為了實現大蔥機械化移栽,作者分析了國內各種移栽機的結構特點,確定了以撓性圓盤式栽植器為研究對象,在分析撓性圓盤式栽植器的運動軌跡和特徵參數的基礎上,完整地確立了撓性圓盤式移栽機的基本參數:栽植頻率、栽植株距、機組前進速度、輸送帶上秧槽的間距、撓性圓盤半徑、撓性圓盤的轉速、夾苗株數以及傳動比之間的相互關系,並建立了以蔥苗栽植傾角= 90為目標的優化設計數學模型,提出了撓性圓盤式大蔥移栽機的優化設計方法。This system is developed based on high performance, low cost and many controllers inside of the embedded processor, and enlarged gpio for the plat of the hardware and software. this system is applied to the high - speed numerical control carving machine. show the operate interface by lcd, input the control code from the keyboard, the data is readed from the usb interface and store that in sdram
本系統應用於高速數控雕刻機,以lcd為人機可視化操作界面,以編碼鍵盤為操作控制部分,以嵌入式處理器s3c44b0x晶元為核心,文件數據經usb口讀取u盤中的雕刻數據文件暫存於sdram中,經嵌入式處理器進行相關演算法處理,得出相應參數傳送到fpga ,由fpga控制輸出脈沖和脈沖間延時,通過高速光耦隔離( 2mbit / s )后輸出,控制步進電機的運轉。
