Abstract : apply computer simulation to the distribution pattern of air - flow without considering the cold condition of the combustion and compare the flow patterns under different designed circumstances. and the effect of the design of the partition in the air way of the burner on the flow and mixture of gas and air is especially studied. the result shows that the design of partition plays a very important role in strengthening the mixture of gas and air, but increases the loss of the resistance in the air way and the total pressure of the air way in same working conditions needs increasing
文摘:應用計算機模擬的方法,在不考慮燃燒的冷態情況下,研究了熱風爐燃燒室內的氣流分佈規律.在此基礎上,比較了2種不同設計方案的氣流流動特徵,尤其是研究了燃燒器空氣通道內阻流板的設置與否對空氣和煤氣的流動和混合的影響.結果表明,阻流板的設計對加強空氣和煤氣的混合有著極為重要的作用,同時也增加了空氣管道的阻力損失,在同樣的工況條件下需要提高管道系統的總壓力In recent years, plentiful and substantial fruits achieved by the lb method in simulations of hydraulics, multiphase flows, flows in porous media and heat transfer as well as magnetohydrodynamics, have revealed a broad perspective of application of this method, it will become a powerful competitor to the conventional approaches. in order to absorb the recent achievement in theory and application of the lb method, explore new ways in hydraulic computation to promote the development of practice, some work is car ried out in this thesis, as following : advances in the theory research and application, deductive process of the d2q9 model and some other commonly used models of the lb method are summarized. based on the hydrodynamic and general boundary conditions, a new joint boundary condition is presented, it integrates advantage of the two conditions above and obtains very good results in dealing with all kinds of boundaries of flow fields
