為了完成對燃煤鍋爐燃燒系統的最優控制規律的研究，本文以某型燃煤鍋爐的燃燒系統作為研究對象，分別對其蒸汽壓力迴路和經濟燃燒迴路進行系統分析，得到了相應的控制方案，設計了一種基於遺傳演算法的模糊- pi復合控制器對該系統進行控制，並用matlab下的遺傳演算法工具箱進行了系統模擬研究。There are several important issues to that attention should be paid in the design of test bed, such as the measurement of the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of test section and the temperature of cooling water in the inlet and outlet of condensing tubes, filled volume of the steam boiler and its level control, the determination of the natural acting head of high temperature tank and design of the cooling water flow of measuring tank
試驗臺由高溫工質自然循環子系統、冷卻水機械循環子系統和計算機監測控制子系統構成，試驗段進出口溫差及冷凝管進出口溫度的測試、蒸汽鍋爐充注量及液位控制、高溫水箱自然作用水頭的設計、冷卻水流量計量水箱的設計等是試驗臺設計中值得重視的問題。
