本文通過系統分析，從理論和實務兩方面對我國反傾銷工作進行了綜述，提出了對未來我國反傾銷工作從政府工作，立法活動及公司應對等方面的對策，同時，作者指出：傾銷有其存在的合理性，反傾銷根本不能在長期內起到保護國內競爭工業的作用，其實質是基於國別的貿易保護。另外，反傾銷也會導致社會福利的下降及貿易糾紛的產生。針對現階段情況，作者認為：既要積極應對國外的反傾銷指控，又要加強我國的反傾銷力度。
