本論文首先在循環伏安、恆電位法電聚合的基礎上篩選出了適合於作為固定dna的載體3 -吡咯甲基-四聚乙二醇單醚，探索了在堿性條件下將其聚合到鉑盤電極上的實驗方法和條件，並利用掃描電子顯微鏡（ sem ） 、 x -射線能量散射譜（ edx ）等實驗技術對聚合膜的表面形貌和元素組成進行了表徵。
