    但是如果有不同類型的系統也要增加到本系統中的話，就需要重新設計軟硬體，工作量很大，還容易產生不兼容等問題，針對這種情況，本文設計了一套數字識別的電器安全測試嵌入式系統，可以面向多臺儀器裝置，不採用電氣的連接，即是不改變原來的儀器裝置，通過電壓耦合元件攝像頭和視頻捕獲卡從測量儀器的顯示屏幕獲取測試信息，再把信息傳送到原來系統，從而組成了一個新的系統。

    本論文研究工作主要包括： 1在網路通訊和數據庫方面，開發了支持dde通訊方式的軟體組件，實現和組態軟體cimplicity的dde通訊，基於rs _ 485總線的採集智能儀表數據的軟體組件，解決了設計院所提供的智能儀表和cimplicity在通訊協議方面不一致的問題；公用電話網數據傳送的軟體組件，和尋呼機報警的軟體組件；基於access數據庫列印報表的軟體組件和與internetexplore軟體兼容的數據報表，使用戶可以在任何地方，通過internet訪問現場數據庫的內容；上位機雙機冗餘的軟體組件；開發了plc控制器的部分梯形圖，利用plc的pcm模塊採集rs - 485儀表數據的megabasic軟體。 2
