    本文用控制預聚體反應中單體的摩爾比、減壓共沸蒸餾去除預聚體中游離tdi 、用納米填料參與聚氨酯原位復合和與聚苯乙烯進行互貫等方法，合成了聚氨酯蒙脫土納米復合材料、聚氨酯sio _ 2納米復合材料和兩步法合成的基於聚醚（ ppg ）和聚酯（ 3010 ）的聚氨酯苯乙烯互穿網路聚合物材料，研究了其性能；運用ftir 、 dmta 、 tem 、 tga等表徵手段，對復合材料的結構進行了研究。
