本論文針對獨立式全空調型（完全合一型）客車空調系統，設計了一個以at89c51為核心的採用模糊控制演算法的嵌入式單片機控制系統，通過控制溫度門的開口角度、蒸發器風扇的轉速、輔助發動機的轉速來控制車廂內的溫度，通過壓縮機的開、停對蒸發器除霜，系統具有溫度顯示、用戶設定的分擋多級溫度控制、在線控制參數修改等功能。
