用植酸鈣選擇性平板培養基從土樣中篩選出了102株能產透明圈的菌株，經分離純化后，接入液體發酵培養基， 28 、 220r min發酵5天，在37 、 ph2 . 5條件下用釩鉬酸銨法測定其所產植酸酶的活力，結果顯示，酶活較高的有24株，經再次搖瓶復篩后，酶活大於15u ml且產酶性能穩定的共有7株，其中以14 ~ #菌株的酶活最高，可達53 . 86u ml ，經初步鑒定為黑麴黴，編號為aspergillus . niger14 ~ # 。
