以matlab + simulink為模擬工具，設計了模糊控制系統和被動控制系統兩類不同的模擬模型，並進行了對比模擬和結果分析，在此基礎上，設計開發了以80c196kc單片機為主控器件的模糊控制系統，進行了控制系統的軟、硬體設計，最後對所設計的模糊控制系統進行了臺架實驗，實驗結果表明模糊控制系統能有效地降低了內燃機整機振動的強度，達到了國標規定的合格級，證明了本文建立的數學模型和模糊控制演算法是正確可行的，在內燃機振動控制策略方面作了一個積極的探索和研究。
