  19. Should thebuyer be unable to arrange insurance in time owing to the seller ' s failureto give the above mentioned advice of shipment by cable or telex, theseller shall be held responsible for any and all damages and / or lossesattributable to such failure

  20. 17 advice of shipment : within 48 hours immediately after completion of loading of goods onboard the vessel the seller shall advise the buyer by cable or telex ofthe contract number, the name of goods, weight ( net / gross ) or quantityloaded, invoice value, name of vessel, port of loading, sailing date andexpected time of arrival ( eta ) at the port of destination

    貨物裝船完畢后48小時內，賣方應即以電報或電傳通知買方合同號、商品名稱、所裝重量（毛凈）或數量、發票價值、船名、裝運口岸、開船日期及預計到達目的港時間。
