    方法：胰島的分離參照王玲等的方法，每次實驗取新生3 - 5天sd大鼠，無菌條件下剖腹取出胰腺，剪切為0 . 5mm ~ 3的組織塊， v型膠原酶消化30min后，離心洗滌，懸浮於完全培養基，接種入50ml培養瓶，於5 co _ 2 、 95空氣條件下培養20h ，轉板純化，接種於96孔培養板培養24h ，按實驗要求進行實驗。
